LFHS Student's Film Showcased at Film Festival
In May of 2008, Adam Edwards and Andrew Kirkland debuted their short film "Novel Ending" at Locust Fork High School. The debut was a huge success so they decided to enter the film into the Sidewalk Film Festival.

LFHS Recognized as Safe School
Alabama Attorney General Troy King presented LFHS with the Safe School Initiative Award of Excellence.

New Board Policy for 2008-2009
Students are prohibited from carrying or having in their possession, in lockers, or anywhere else in the school buildings or on the school grounds, except in motor vehicles that shall be kept locked, unoccupied, and unvisited during the school day, electronic communication devices including but not limited to cell phones, BlackBerrys, and two-way radios.

In addition to our school’s report card being available online, printed copies are available in the school office. Please stop by during school business hours to receive a copy.
